Hospital-to-Home Service

I contacted 24/7 Nursing + Medical Services with a completely different proposal, as we had had so many issues with agencies and the complexities of my daughter. Evelyn gave me her time over and over and over again; she had to put in numerous hours and conversations before then, once we were all on the same page, having to pitch our proposal to a third government party. And ever since then, she has taken on our nurses within her agency so that they can ensure the safety and wellbeing of my child in her school environment. From a client perspective, she is such a genuine human and goes over and beyond and cares and wants to make a difference. From our nurses perspective, who are now onboarded within her agency, they have echoed that they feel cared for, respected and supported. I couldn’t fault the team we have come to know within 24/7; they are respectful, professional, communicate and have been so flexible to make things work for our beautiful daughter, and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. If only every agency operated like 24/7, the health/care space would be so much better for it.

We hired your services for our dad, who is dying from metastatic renal cancer. He had become confused, agitated and disoriented. This was hardest on our mum, who has been married to this man for 68 years and now could barely recognise him. The nurses who came, Mahalia and Erica, were extremely professional, punctual, cheerful and caring, well above what the job description was. They were especially kind and thoughtful to my mother at all times, attending to the smallest details. This has been a difficult time for all of us, but these two ladies shone a ray of sunshine into a gloomy time. Nothing was a problem; they treated mum and dad with professional care and love. We were so very grateful to have them around, and they made an unbearable situation bearable. We would be grateful if this could make its way into their work record as a token of appreciation for what they did for us all in this difficult time. They are a credit to their profession and have our greatest admiration. My brother and I are both doctors and see that nurses are chronically overworked, and it is very easy to lose empathy and caring when swamped with too much work and responsibility. This is why these two ladies really stood out and shone bright and are a real credit to their profession. It was a real pleasure to have met them and get their help, which is what we all needed.

Thank you to Shauna, Stacey and Steph for organising such wonderful care for Mum and Dad. It meant so much to our family that they were able to stay in their own home during their later years, surrounded by familiarity and comfort. Your staff were kind, reliable, and genuinely caring. A special thanks to Ruby and Bernadette, who went above and beyond – we couldn’t have asked for better support.

After my mum’s hip surgery, we were fortunate to have a wonderful carer from 24/7 Nursing who helped her regain her strength and independence. The carer was kind, patient, and incredibly supportive – exactly what Mum needed during such a vulnerable time. We’re now reaching out again for another family member because we trust the team to provide the same high standard of care. Their dedication and compassion truly make a difference.

When my husband Tim was discharged from hospital, we were overwhelmed and worried about how we would manage his care at home. From the moment 24/7 Nursing became involved, everything changed. They provided the most wonderful nurses – not only were they highly skilled in caring for Tim, but they cared for us as a family too. Excellent service especially at short notice. All nurses they provided were fantastic and the team in the office were always helpful, friendly and professional.

A joy to have in the house with us. Mum was such an exceptional person. Your girls allowed us to be with her in her final days with as little stress to all as possible.
