Our staff are highly experienced, qualified childcare professionals who genuinely adore children and love the work they do. With a strong focus on development and well-being, they help ensure the healthy mental, physical, and emotional growth of every child in their care.

Families who require additional household support may also benefit from our Domestic Duties service, which can help with meal preparation, light cleaning, and shopping.

We take great care to ensure a perfect match for every family. Each candidate goes through a rigorous interview process where we consider personality, demeanour, enthusiasm, skills, experience, creativity, and availability.

All of our staff undergo the following checks:

Police and Working With Children checked

Skilled, reliable and prepared

24/7 childcare staff are trained to respond in emergencies and hold current CPR and First Aid qualifications. They are also proficient in:

Nutrition, dietary requirements, and safe food handling
Emergency response and evacuation procedures
Sun protection and water safety
Planning and running social activities
Supporting pre-school education curriculum
Providing progress feedback
Caring for children with disabilities or special needs

We recruit candidates from around the world, many of whom bring valuable language skills and diverse cultural experience. However, all of our staff are fluent English speakers and committed to providing safe, reliable, and compassionate parent and baby care.
