Nursing in Australia

At 24/7 we understand the importance of making money so that you can get to see the rest of Australia and take short trips and days off.

We understand that you are here for a good time, not a long time. With this in mind we try to ensure that work is constant when and where you need it most. Coming from England and Ireland the Directors of 24/7 know what its like to be away from "home". We are always here to offer advice and support and can be contacted any time.

Getting Around:

Working in Sydney can be great fun. The Sydney transport system (link here) makes it easy to get around, sometimes much simpler than trying to drive there as there is no hassle trying to find a parking spot. Whatever shift you are doing its easy to get around, the Sydney transport system operates 24 hours per day 7 days a week. We will advise you on the easiest way for you to get to a shift and you can always call 131500 to speak to a transport operator directly.

The majority of hospitals throughout Sydney use a high percentage of nursing staff from agencies so if you are traveling with a friend who is also registered with us we will do our best to get you shifts together.
